Sage was a wonderful place to have dinner, I had dinner with my family as a part of my 21st celebrations and the food was delicious. My mum and I both ordered the salmon fillet and I would say it was a 10/10. It was cooked perfectly, the skin was so crispy and tasty, and the veggies were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the only reason I gave 4 stars to food was because the oysters were really small! We ordered a dozen Kilpatrick and whilst the flavour was delicious, I think we paid a lot for the oysters to be difficult to actually find in the shell haha, maybe it was just a bad batch. ~ Samantha S

Came here Fri night for dinner with a few friend s from work. It was my first time here as my work mates rave about this place all the time. I was wondering what was the fuss but they were right about this place. It had a very good vibe with nice groovy decor. I order the Mussels special and they were devine. All the others seems to enjoy their meals but the best part of the night was probably out dessert pizza. I never had dessert pizza before and they were amazing. Try it if you ever down at Sage. Love it and will be back very soon. ~ David Y

We were looking for a restaurant that accepted dogs as our dining companions were travelling & had a labradoodle with them. This restaurant was very welcoming & happy for us to bring the dog along. They even brought out some water for the dog on arrival. So, great selection of drinks available & the food was fantastic & reasonably priced!!! I hadn't seen my nephew for over 6yrs & was meeting his finance for the first time as well as them meeting my wife for the first time so it was a special catch up for us all. Your staff were a credit to the restaurant, so friendly & inviting & the service was great!!! I am a local & work in the hospitality industry for a major company on the Gold Coast as a Concierge & I'll be recommending your restaurant to as many people as possible! Thanks again for your amazing hospitality & food & for making our evening one to remember. Keep accepting dogs into your restaurant, absolutely fantastic!!!! Really really good dining experience. We had the surf and turf dish and it was amazing. The dish tasted amazing and it was a huge amount of food. We went during the 40% off so the price for what we got was good. The willow glen Chardonnay went perfect with the dish. After several poor dining experiences in Oz I wasn't expecting this. Service was good too. We got here at 5 and it wasn't very busy and the food came fast. Around 530 the restaurant filled up so I image it would take longer then. ~ Dave H

Possibly the best value breakfast on the Gold Coast For only $10 you get 2 eggs of your choice (gotta get the poached) loads of bacon, a business persons guilty pleasure (hashbrown), snag, huge mushroom, and dancing taste buds with the perfectly cooked and seasoned tomato... I've been here before and highly recommend it.. staff are supper friendly, have the beautiful GC smile and are efficient.. Go on treat your self to the best value breakfast on the Gold Coast. ~ Luke B

Exceptional Service, Exquisite Food. Last night we were welcomed but a team of professional, friendly and engaging wait staff. They knew their menu, the special and did an amazing job of describing it. The market fish (Baby Whole Snapper) was mouthwatering delicious. Our dining experience was perched in the open air, the sea breeze and cloudless sky could only be described as outstanding as the menu and the service. My 8yo son was SO excited that we were going back to Yellowfin for lunch that he did a little dance and chanted “Yay Yellowfin, I love Yellowfin” Just before we ordered his meal, he looked at the menu and said “$12 for the best calamari in the world?! That’s criminal - they should be charging MORE!” LOL Delicious meals as usual. We can’t afford to dine there every time we visit the coast, but there’s no way we’re going back to fish & chip shops now! 🙌 ~ dnswallow

We had the seafood platter but selected the grilled fish, snapper, not the barramundi. With fresh oysters and prawns and a salad, there was crab, grilled prawns, bugs, calamari, clams and scallops. Oh and chips It was an excellent well balanced platter. We indulged in the Cote de Provence Rose, a perfect complement and finished with dessert tiramisu for my wife and tarte tartin for me Most enjoyable lunch in the rain and miserable weather which I must say we did not notice at all. ~ John T

We recently celebrated our son's Birthday at Sage and couldn't have had a better night! The food platters were very impressive and delicious with ample servings! The function setting was perfect for a small gathering with the bar close by. The service was amazing and everyone was extremely accommodating to any of our requests. We highly recommend Sage Restaurant to anyone looking to host an event. Great food, great beer and wine along with very reasonable prices! ~ Lennie L

Last night we had the steak and calamari which was cooked to perfection, one thing to note when getting the steak is to give them 30 mins to let it cook but it was a really busy night and they still found us a nice table to sit at. To me the food was worth every second and was mouth watering. Great staff, they were happy to accomodate for our needs. If you are ever looking for a great feed this is the place. I would highly recommend it to anyone as it was such amazing food. ~ Jamie W

Just had a lovely evening at this restaurant. The staff are attentive and friendly. I mentioned I needed gluten free food and they suggested that I could pick what I wanted and they would speak to the chef, they genuinely seemed interesting helping me find a meal that I could eat. The steaks were cooked as requested. Food came out in a timely manner. Had a lovely chat with the Polish waitress with pink / purple hair. Would recommend to friends and family. ~ Jane H

We have a family member with food allergies. Sage restaurant managed those allergies perfectly. I initially emailed the restaurant to ask if they would cater for food allergies. Their response was positive and accomodating. They needed a few hours before the booking to prepare and that was it. The dinner was delicious and without fault. The staff were very accomodating. Even our friends who joined us were impressed with their meals. We will definitely return!! ~ P T

What a wonderful restaurant Sage is to hold our Friends Christmas lunch at. So friendly and easy to book with. Extensive menu, set 2&3 course meal menus to select from and a bar where they make a might Bloody G&T !! The Sunday roast was divine ! The team couldn’t have been lovelier and everyone commented how much they enjoyed their meal and the atmosphere of Sage. Highly recommend and we will be back next year. ~ Tracey W

Amazing food, definitely impressed the father in law up from Sydney and looking to eat some really good seafood. Service was excellent! The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the service and meal time was really quick for Good Friday when the restaurant was full. The live music was absolutely perfect for the scene and it was an all round lovely experience. Highly recommended. ~ Christie B

We had a 70th birthday here with 18-20 people and honestly could not fault the service for a second, they were so accomodating and lovely. We did send a steak back that came out still mooing but even when asking for it to be a little more done the waitress serving us was so lovely and apologized profusely immediately attending to it. Lovely staff, great venue and good atmosphere. ~ Angie S

Had our work Christmas party here recently and couldn't fault the place. Staff very friendly and welcoming, the drinks ice cold and the food, my word the food, was just awesome. Platters of hot finger food came out the whole night, so much so that our group, of about 30, didn't eat it all. They even catered for the handful of vegans in the group. Have attended Sage Yellowfin on the Gold Coast twice last bring New Year’s Eve. From confirming my reservation to eating my Entree the whole experience was 5 Star 💫 Friendly accommodating Staff, amazing fresh cocktails 🍹 combined with equally fresh seafood. We felt welcomed from the time we arrived. The service by Joanna and other staff was spot on. We ordered the seafood platter for 2 which was perfect. Fresh oysters, prawns, perfectly cooked calamari and scallops, smoked salmon, Balmain bugs and a refreshing rocket and Parmesan salad. We loved it. Sonia was the perfect host. ~ Sharon G

Best restaurant experience we have had by far at the Gold Coast. We happened to walk in when they had a great seafood platter special for 2. Quality and quantity was amazing we could have fed our whole family of 4 off the one platter and their in house sauce was to die for! Love this place! While I was spending time with family in broadbeach, we went here 4 times within 6 days for dinner and breakfast and everything we ordered was delicious 🤤 The pork belly was perfectly cooked and we enjoyed our eggs benedict as the hollandise sauce was amazing 👌 We can't wait to dine in again 😁 ~ Georgia

Everything was lovely, even due to short staff (covid reason) we got a amazing service . Drinks and food were beyond amazing . Absolutely superb! Lovely setting with paid street parking across the road. Staff and service is excellent. Tried two new lunch specials and they were both mouth watering. A great menu with plenty of selection. A comfortable setting with a lovely outlook including indoor and outdoor dining. Wheelchair accessible. Very highly recommend. ~ Louise T
